2023 TAX SEASON

 

Important Dates & Deadlines

 

The IRS announced it will officially start accepting 2023 e-filed tax returns on January 29th, 2024.

 

Personal Tax Returns will be due by Monday, April the 15, 2024. You may file a 6-month Extension to delay filing your personal return until October 15th, 2024. You should remember that an extension is for filing purposes, not for paying any taxes due. Taxes owed for extended tax returns will be backdated to the original April 15th due date. 

 

Business Returns

 

Corporations, S-Corporations and Partnership Tax Returns will be due by Friday, March the 15th, with an available extension till September 15th, 2024.
